1. Quotation and Order
1.1. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all offers, quotations, and orders issued by Matrice Art.
1.2. The customer accepts these GTC when ordering the goods or services described in the quotation.
2. Price and Payment
2.1. The prices indicated in the quotation are in euros € and do not include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Full payment must be made according to the terms specified in the quotation, before delivery or the provision of services.
3. Delivery and Deadlines
3.1. The delivery or execution deadlines indicated in the quotation are given as an indication and may be subject to variations beyond the control of Matrice Art.
3.2. Matrice Art cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to unforeseen circumstances or causes of force majeure.
4. Warranty
4.1. Matrice Art guarantees that the goods or services provided will comply with the specifications agreed upon in the quotation.
4.2. Any claim regarding defects or non-conformities must be submitted in writing to Matrice Art within 14 days after receipt of the goods or services.
5. Liability
5.1. Matrice Art’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the goods or services concerned.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. Confidential information shared between the parties within the framework of this quotation must be treated as such and must not be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the other party.
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1. These GTC are governed by French law, and any dispute arising from this quotation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vesoul.
