Special nesting allows for perfect angles, allowing you to have a perfect finish on all angles. All our matrices are made in France with noble products and are created with rigor. Our products have traceability and are checked before each departure to ensure reliability and durability on each die. Traceability

Our products have traceability and are checked before each departure to ensure reliability and durability on each die.

The kits are divided into 3 categories of parts (or 4 on kits with angle) with a color code:

  • The starting matrices (green color): they are positioned first at the bottom of the mold and measure 47cm long with a width of 40cm or 20cm. On these parts, the angles are already cut in order to fit perfectly on the walls of the mold.
  • The intermediate matrices (blue color): they are positioned after the beginning matrix and can be assembled successively as many times as necessary (depending on the dimensions you want). They measure 40cm long with a width of 40cm or 20cm
  • The end matrices (red color): they are positioned after the intermediate dies and finish the bottom of your mold (unless you want to make an angle where they are not necessary). There are two dimensions for these: 33cm long for the large model and 13cm long for the small model (depending on the dimensions you want to make) with a width of 40cm or 20cm. On these parts, the angles are already cut in order to fit perfectly on the walls of the mold.
  • Accessories: these are magnetic matrices which allow you to stick to the walls of the mold to make an angle for example (right OR left). These are not color coded. There are several dimensions for the angles (large model or small model) and there are male dies and female dies. Male corner dies are used to make the left side angle and female dies are used for the right side.

There are also magnetic end matrices (red in color) with a male and a female category which will come together with the angles in order to finish your height (60 or 80).

Note that the layout always begins from right to left in the direction of the mold. The joints of the dies must always be oriented towards the wall of the mold so as to have no demarcation between the assembly of the dies on the final result. We recommend the use of a release oil for using our dies during your castings. This will improve the durability of the product and reduce the risk of tearing and superficial degradation of the dies and we will be able to guarantee you 1000 rotations thanks to this. Some oils can have a very harmful effect.
